Book and pay in 2023 for your 2024 activities and deduct 10% on all courses, quarterly courses and Formula-club packages, private course subscription (except insurance and membership card). 

Day school for children from 3 to 8 years old

Location: at the Hof te Bever riding school, Hof te Beverlaan 195, 1853 Strombeek-Bever (Grimbergen)

Please drop off the children between 9 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. (Toussaint), or between 1 p.m. and 1:15 p.m.

The course ends at 4 p.m., you can pick up your child between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. There is no childcare provided. 

In winter, for the comfort of your little ones, we no longer organize all-day courses, nor daycare because the children are too cold. For this, we have decided to offer you only afternoon courses. The activities are done either in the semi-covered track or in the covered track (the barn) but we do not have a heated room.

In order of insurance or subscription at 10€ per week of internship or 5€ per day (trial or birthday)

2024 annual membership card with insurance: €55 – please plan for renewal in December

In order to allow the course to run smoothly, please pay the registration as soon as possible.

Covid measures taken for the smooth running of the internships at Hof te Bever:

  1. Please park in the car park before the gate.
  2. Only one accompanying person to drop off and pick up the child.
  3. Wearing a mask is recommended because you will meet many parents, it is compulsory in the pony-club area.
  4. The child’s temperature will be taken on arrival, if he has a temperature (+38°c), the child will be refused and the course will be postponed or refunded.
  5. If you want childcare, please ask for it either by email ( ponyclub.chantalrega@gmail.com ) or by SMS (0496/86.58.98)
  6. Please bring a bomb or a bike helmet, boots and pants. A bag containing a change of clothes and a craft kit to make a pony: colored pencils and markers, glue, scissors and either gift wool or string or ribbons…for the tail and the mane. Note the child’s first name.
  7. Lunches and snacks are served. The Clubhouse adapts to Covid measures. Attention from Easter plan a picnic (no more meals included) and the prices decrease…
  8. A certificate of good faith to be signed and sent by email ( ponyclub.chantalrega@gmail.com ) or given to Chantal on the 1st day (note the child’s first and last name on the certificate).

These small rules allow us to respect the ministerial instructions for phase 4. Together, we can hope to fight the virus and offer children sports holidays.

Be fair and courteous

In order to avoid any accident with a rider, a child, a horse, etc. in the surroundings or in the carousel car park, please remain calm at the wheel, avoid honking your horns or overtaking the riders.

CoVid cancellation guarantee

If the internship must be canceled by ministerial decision or if the child is sick or in quarantine, you will receive a voucher valid on all our internships or activities for one year.
